October 10The Council of Europe takes part in the International conference “Cultural and spiritual tourism as factors of the all-European dialogue”.
Mr. Stefano Dominioni, Executive Secretary of the Council of Europe Enlarged Partial Agreement on Cultural Routes and Director of the European Institute of Cultural Routes, participated as a speaker in panel discussion “Culture and tourism as factors of international relations”.
The Deputy Head of the Programme Office of the Council of Europe in the Russian Federation participated in the conference.
